I just noticed, that I made a mistake in my post above. The card's height is only 0,1 cm = 1 mm (not 1 cm).

Do you know how can I find one ?

Unfortunately I don't know a special way to get one. They weren't sold by Ehapa, but only given to visitors of the Frankfort Book Fair and journalists. So, I'm afraid all you can do is to have an eye on eBay & Co.
